When should I take my supplements?
Take two capsules daily with food, this could be breakfast, lunch or dinner, but never on an empty stomach. Nutrients like Vitamin D3 and K2 absorb best with meals that contain healthy fats. Consistency is key, so take them at the same time each day if possible.
How long until I notice benefits?
Most people notice early changes within 6–8 weeks (around 2 bottles), such as improved energy or skin hydration. Fuller benefits are usually seen after 90 days of consistent use as skin, hair and nails follow natural cycles. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I take them if I’m not yet in perimenopause?
Yes. Vibrancy Blend is suitable for anyone aged 18+ as it is hormone free. They are not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. Check with your GP if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition
Can I take Vibrancy Blend with HRT?

Can I take Vibrancy Blend with other supplements?
Vibrancy Blend already contains essential vitamins, minerals, and botanicals at the right doses. Additional supplements aren’t usually needed, though you may choose to add an Omega-3 capsule and extra magnesium if required.

Why are the capsules bright yellow?
They contain turmeric, which is naturally yellow and may stain. It can also make urine appear slightly more yellow.

Why are the capsules larger than usual?
Each capsule includes 26 vitamins, minerals, and botanicals. They are in a vegan casing and easy to swallow. You can also open the capsule and mix the powder into cold food or drinks, though turmeric gives it a natural mild spicy taste.
Why don’t they contain high dose magnesium, calcium, or omega-3?
These nutrients take up too much capsule space. Instead, Vibrancy Blend includes Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, Copper, Zinc, and some Magnesium for bone support. You may add one extra magnesium or omega supplement if you wish.
Are they vegan?
Yes. All Menopause Vitamin Company supplements are 100% vegan, non-GMO, and free from unnecessary fillers, binders, artificial colours or preservatives.
Do they contain fillers, colours, GMOs, or allergens?
No, they are clean and high-quality, free from unnecessary additives. However, as they are produced in a facility that also handles other products, they cannot be certified allergen-free.
Can I take them with other medication?
If in doubt, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, please check with your GP or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

Which vitamins are best for mood swings and anxiety?
Vitamin B6, B12, Folate, and Magnesium support normal psychological function and nervous system health. Ashwagandha, included in Vibrancy Blend, is also researched for its role in stress and mood balance.

We personally pack and ship all orders using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Orders placed by 2pm (Mon–Fri) usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery is £4.99 or free on orders over £55.
