When should I take my supplements?
I prefer to take my supplements with breakfast or lunch to set me up for the day, however, they can be taken at any time as long as they are taken with food, as this aids the absorption.
How long will it take to notice the benefits?
Skin, hair, and nails follow natural cycles, these get longer as we age, however, you should start to notice a difference from 60 days ( 2 months supply) and real benefits from 9- days onwards. However, full benefits are seen when taken regularly. Results vary between everyone, and results cannot be guaranteed.
Can I take your products if I have not yet reached perimenopause?
Yes, my products offer nutritional support for anyone over 18 years of age, however, they are never a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any other medical conditions please consult your doctor before taking any supplements.
Can I take Vibrancy Blend with my hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
My supplement does not include high levels of phytoestrogens that could cause concern. However, I would recommend you check in with your GP or healthcare professional before taking Vibrancy Blend if you have any doubts.
Why are Vibrancy Blend such a bright yellow colour?
They contain a high-quality Turmeric root extract which is naturally yellow in colour, therefore please wash your hands after use and avoid contact with clothing as this can naturally stain. The natural bright yellow colour of Turmeric can also cause your urine to be slightly more yellow too.
Why are the capsules a little bigger than usual, and are they easy to swallow?
My capsules contain 18 high quality vitamins and minerals plus botanicals, so to ensure the best dosage of each, I needed the space in the capsule. They are encased in an easy to swallow vegetarian cellulose casing. Alternatively, you can break open the capsule and add the powdered formula to drinks, yogurt, smoothies etc. Please note the high quality Turmeric does have a natural mild spicy taste if taken out of the capsule.
Vibrancy Blend contains so much more than any other supplement I have found, but why do they not contain the recommended %RI of Magnesium, Calcium or Omega 3?
These items can take up nearly all the space in a capsule just on their own, this would have limited the number of other effective vitamins, minerals, and botanicals that we could have included. However, Vitamin D, Vitamin K2. Copper and zinc are all included and all support bone health. You could also consider individual supplements for these if you prefer.
Are your supplements Vegetarian?
As a Vegetarian myself, I am pleased to say they are.
Do your supplements contain and fillers, binders, nasties, colours, GMO?
No, this was extremely important to me and one of the big reasons I wanted to create my own supplements. The process used to manufacture my supplements means we do not need to add any of these.
Do your supplements contain any allergens?
Though they do not contain any ingredients that contain allergens, they are produced in a factory that make other supplements that may contain them, so my supplements cannot be certified as allergen free.
Can I take your supplements with other medications or supplements?
I recommend you check in with your GP or healthcare professional if in any doubt. Especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any health conditions.
Can you tell me more about Delivery & Returns?
Yes, please go to our Delivery & Returns page.

When should I take my supplements?
Take two capsules daily with food, this could be breakfast, lunch or dinner, but never on an empty stomach. Nutrients like Vitamin D3 and K2 absorb best with meals that contain healthy fats. Consistency is key, so take them at the same time each day if possible.
How long will it take to notice the benefits?
Most people notice early changes within 6–8 weeks (around 2 bottles), such as improved energy or skin hydration. Fuller benefits are usually seen after 90 days of consistent use as skin, hair and nails follow natural cycles. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I take them if I’m not yet in perimenopause?
Yes. Vibrancy Blend is suitable for anyone aged 18+ as it is hormone free. They are not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. Check with your GP if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition.
Can I take Vibrancy Blend with HRT?
It does not contain high levels of phytoestrogens, so it is generally safe to take with HRT. However, always check with your GP or healthcare professional before starting new supplements.
Can I take Vibrancy Blend with other supplements?
Vibrancy Blend already contains essential vitamins, minerals, and botanicals at the right doses. Additional supplements aren’t usually needed, though you may choose to add an Omega-3 capsule and extra magnesium if required.
Which vitamins help with menopause symptoms like hot flushes, sleep problems and mood changes?
Energy & tiredness: B12, Niacin, Iodine, Copper
Mood & hormones: B6, Folate, Zinc, Ashwagandha
Bone health: Vitamin D3, K2, Calcium, Magnesium
Skin & hair: Biotin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E
Immune support: Vitamin A, B6, Zinc, Selenium
Why are the capsules bright yellow?
They contain turmeric, which is naturally yellow and may stain. It can also make urine appear slightly more yellow.
Why are the capsules larger than usual?
Each capsule includes 26 vitamins, minerals, and botanicals. They are in a vegan casing and easy to swallow. You can also open the capsule and mix the powder into cold food or drinks, though turmeric gives it a natural mild spicy taste.
Why don’t they contain high dose magnesium, calcium, or omega-3?
These nutrients take up too much capsule space. Instead, Vibrancy Blend includes Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, Copper, Zinc, and some Magnesium for bone support. You may add one extra magnesium or omega supplement if you wish.
Are they vegan?
Yes. All Menopause Vitamin Company supplements are 100% vegan, non-GMO, and free from unnecessary fillers, binders, artificial colours or preservatives.
Do they contain fillers, colours, GMOs, or allergens?
No, they are clean and high-quality, free from unnecessary additives. However, as they are produced in a facility that also handles other products, they cannot be certified allergen-free.
Can I take them with other medication?
If in doubt, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, please check with your GP or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe to receive your supplements every 2 or 3 months with 10% off, free UK shipping, and flexibility to pause or cancel anytime in your account.
Which vitamins are best for mood swings and anxiety?
Vitamin B6, B12, Folate, and Magnesium support normal psychological function and nervous system health. Ashwagandha, included in Vibrancy Blend, is also researched for its role in stress and mood balance.
